This position will be accountable for ensuring business applications are available and performing optimally for the Oracle Fusion ERP platform. OES, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company focused on the construction industry.\r\nThe Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, patching, and improvement of this platform and its associated applications.\r\nThis expert will use their knowledge of enterprise resource-planning platforms to optimize the OES Resale Technology platform, including through customizations and reporting. They will work with structured data, metadata standards, and cloud delivery platforms such as AWS or Azure in the platforms they support while ensuring data integrity across connected enterprise systems.\r\nAdditional responsibilities include providing Tier 2 and/or 3 support, performing break-fix activities, complex issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and supporting projects involving enterprise and business applications. The Enterprise Application Administrator is a subject matter expert in multiple applications and holds vital technical, analytical, customer-service, and problem-solving skills. They also collaborate with other teams to address strategic business issues involving applications.\r\nRole Responsibilities\r\nServe as the technical subject matter expert for administering business applications in the resale technology stack for OES, including Oracle Fusion ERP and its associated integrations.\r\nPartner with project managers, business analysts, database and network administrators, and security engineers on the administration of applications.\r\nAnalyze applications for function, features, data requirements, input requirements, output requirements, internal and external checks and controls, hardware and operating system environment and data interface capabilities.\r\nPlan, coordinate, and communicate changes, deployments, and upgrades of applications with stakeholders.\r\nPerform functional, performance, and smoke testing, installations, upgrades, and hotfix deployments of applications.\r\nConfigure and support application interfaces for data integration with other applications or systems in the environment.\r\nManaging backups, storage, and integrity of application data or databases.\r\nCreate, configure, and customize application reports.\r\nManaging user accounts and service accounts and associated roles and permissions.\r\nProvide Tier 2 and/or 3 support including investigating, resolving, and performing root-cause analysis on incidents, and provide escalated support for service requests, inquiries, and problems.\r\nChampioning best practices and standard operating procedures regarding the use of applications with end users in various parts of the company.\r\nCollaborating with program managers, technology leaders, business-side application owners, and other stakeholders on application capabilities, health, roadmaps, and strategies.\r\nWrite and maintain documentation related to the application including end user instructions, operating procedures, knowledge-base articles, technical drawings, and system reference documentation.\r\nPartner with software vendors for escalated application support, reporting bugs, recommending features, reviewing release documentation, and other needs.\r\nRole Requirements\r\nEducation\r\nRequired\r\nAssociate's degree in information technology or related discipline.
