To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and will be required to learn recipes and how brewing equipment operates. You should be able to work various shifts. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests that will create repeat customers.\nResponsibilities\nGreet customers as they enter\nGive customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients\nTake orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)\nPrepare beverages following recipes\nServe beverages and prepare food, like sandwiches, cookies, pastries and muffins\nReceive and process payments (cash and credit cards)\nKeep the restaurant, kitchen and bar area clean\nMaintain stock of clean mugs and plates\nCheck if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs\nComply with health and safety regulations\nCommunicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items\nSkills\nPrevious work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress (not required)\nHands-on experience with brewing equipment\nKnowledge of sanitation regulations\nFlexibility to work various shifts\nBasic math skills\nAbility to gauge customers’ preferences\nExcellent communication skills\nHigh school diploma; relevant training is a plus\nJob Types: Part-time, Full-time\nPay: $7.25 - $9.00 per hour\nBenefits:\nEmployee discount\nPaid training\nShift:\nDay shift\nEvening shift\nApplication Question(s):\nHave you ever been arrested?
