Join us!\nReporting to the Production Supervisor, the Plating Operator in the Department is key in assisting with meeting the department’s goals by performing machine set-up, maintaining quality standards, meeting daily production targets, and troubleshooting equipment when required.\nResponsibilities:\nPlating Operator is responsible for coil handling which involves removing coils from skids, loading coals to the payoff, and measuring gauge and width with measuring devices\nRequires set up of the plating machine including interpreting process sheets and setting machine parameters\nResponsible for operating the machine while adhering to safety requirements, quality parameters and in-process checks\nMake mechanical adjustments as needed\nPerforms data entry into the SAP software system\n\nRequirements:\nAt least 1-3+ years of previous manufacturing experience working with chemicals is required\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nExperience with performing multiple complex set ups preferred\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and/or instructions\nAbility to understand and perform basic math working with decimals\n24.20 - 34.80 USD Hourly\nThe hourly pay range listed is a guide for this position and may vary depending on experience, education, geographic location, and other qualifications.
