Occasional overtime may be needed.\n\nKey Job Responsibilities:\n\nEnsure ongoing upkeep of facilities, machinery, equipment, and plant operations.\nProvide mechanical repairs, adjustments, installations, and daily preventive maintenance.\nPerform changeovers, set-ups, and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment.\nParticipate in all rebuilds and plant facilities maintenance.\nDeliver outstanding service to customers, both internal and external.\nPerform other duties as required.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nResponsibility for maintenance, troubleshooting and repair in industrial manufacturing setting in one or more of the following major disciplines:\nMechanical\nFabrication\nHydraulic\nElectrical\nPneumatic\nIndustrial PLC and computer control systems\nExperience/Familiarity with the following subject areas:\nUse and care of common hand, electronic and machine tools\nOccupational hazards, safety precautions and safe work practices\nParts inventory, requirements and inter-changeability of parts between various pieces of equipment\nBusiness task and comm systems: Outlook, Word, Excel, CMMS\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for nearly entire shift with or without reasonable accommodations.\n\nPreferred qualifications:\nSkilled in the use of advanced and specialized meters and gauges\nExperience in precision industrial metal processing (saws, pushers, parts finishing, conveyors)\nAdvanced trade, certification, or degrees\nExperience utilizing electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical schematics and technical publications\nHeavy emphasis on PLC programing and development preferred (3+ years)\nCertified electrician and 3+ years of background in industrial low voltage experience\n\nTiers:\nMaintenance Technicians are granted levels based on experience, skill set, performance and technical qualifications. General guidelines:\nTech I\n1-2 years of experience in one or more of the above major discipline areas\n\nTech II\n2-5 years of experience in two or more of the above major discipline areas\n\nFormal training in one or more of the major skill areas\n\nTech III\n5+ years of experience in three or more of the above major discipline areas\n\nFormal training in two or more of the major skill areas\n\nTechnical/Trade Certification or college degree\n\nPre-Employment Requirements:\nMust pass a drug screen.\nMust pass a background check.\nMust pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE)\n\nSafety:\nIf your role requires the wearing of steel-toed boots, the company will reimburse employees $50 per pair every two years.\nArray operates under strict guidelines and safety standards.
