Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA)
Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday 8-4:30 (30-minute lunch break)

Responsibilities
You will need to complete the following responsibilities:
Oversee programs for children with autism, ages 2 years to 14 years old, with the oversight by the Clinical Director BCBA
Maintain a caseload of 8-9 clients
Train team members on client-specific programming as well as ABA skills in general
Help the team wherever is needed
Create BSPs that focus on kindness and respect for clients.
Train team on BSPs and inform parents/ guardians of creation and updates to BSP
Communicate openly regarding concerns, needs, and questions to the Clinical Director
Communicate respectfully and effectively with other professionals and team members
Be open-minded to and willing to make changes frequently
Complete appropriate assessments for those clients on your caseload
Develop treatment plans with objective and measurable goals for clients. Monitor progress on goals, making changes and updates as needed.

Conduct weekly family training meetings per client, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
Utilize the standard celeration chart to assess progress
Billable hour expectations: 27 billable hours per week
Work from home: 1 day per month
Qualifications
To be considered for this job, you must meet the following requirements.
Bachelors from accredited university
Current BCABA certification
Minimum 2 years experience working with children with autism
Knowledgeable regarding assessments
Provide competent parent/ caregiver training, both in individualized and group setting
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Willingness to obtain CPR and Safety Care training

$250 CEU stipend
Salary range: $50,000 (this includes bonus opportunities)
Work from home: 1 day per month
