We aren’t another out-of-touch tech startup, most of our team comes from construction.\nWe spent the last few years building the brain behind construction. Now we are deploying workflows/ agents, starting with Q&A document chatbot, to be ingrained in construction teams’ workflows, ultimately to automate construction. Given our immense traction with several Fortune 500 construction companies, we are doubling our team in order to deploy several more agents this year. You will have an opportunity to drive the transformation of a multi-trillion-dollar industry full of waste, risks and inefficiencies.\nWhat you will do and achieve:\nDevelop and Enhance Product Features: You will build new features and expand existing functionalities across our products - TrunkText (Construction Document Guide) and TrunkPerform (Incentive Management Tool).\nScale Our Systems: Iterate on our backend architecture to support the growing needs of thousands of users, making sure our systems are robust, scalable, and future-ready.\nEnsure Reliability: Guarantee that our applications are reliable, user-friendly, and free from bugs, providing an exceptional experience for our users.\nStrategic Participation: Actively contribute to product strategy discussions, bringing innovative ideas and perspectives to the table that could shape the future of our products.\nCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including product management and design, to ensure seamless development and deployment of features.\nWho you are:\n3-5 years of work experience in full-stack development\nProficient in TypeScript\nExperience in Backend development (Node + Express)\nExperience in Frontend development (React)\nExperience in data schema modeling\nComfortable with relational and non-relational databases\nPrevious experience shipping products to users\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team\nAbility to work independently and manage time efficiently\nSolution-oriented and high-level programming skills\nWhat we offer\nA close-knit and collaborative early-stage startup environment where every voice is heard and every opinion matters; currently we're 30 team members\nCompetitive salary and stock option equity packages\n3 Medical Plans to choose from including 100% covered option.
