Work closely with business/product owner to plan scope, business drivers and prepare relevant plan, resources ready for executing delivery.\nWill serve as First escalation point for all issues. Ensure quick resolution, coming up with proactive mitigation plan to minimize disruption.\nEstablish guard rails for project delivery KPI - schedule, quality, budget\nCoordinate with BA to drive requirement analysis, solution assessment, prepare solution mockup, and identify opportunities for optimization and value-add solution improvements\nCollaborate with architect to drive solution design, prepare project plan, identify dependencies, drive scrum/team meetings\nEstablish guardrails for strong governance and implement the best practices, Review Templates and KPIs\nSchedule and facilitate team meetings (including demos, sprint / release planning, grooming, deployment meetings, technical discussions, issues/resolution meetings, retrospective etc.)\nUndertake full responsibility work delivery meeting quality, schedule and cost expectations.
