The company designs and powers custom insurance programs for affinity groups, helping partners unlock better economics while delivering a modern, technology-enabled experience to their clients.Having achieved strong product-market fit, our client is continuing to scale and is hiring multiple Sales Associates to support its expanding go-to-market efforts.This is an entry-level, high-impact role ideal for ambitious professionals early in their careers who want meaningful exposure to partnerships, sales strategy, and revenue growth within a fast-paced startup environment.What You’ll DoAssist in prospecting and qualifying potential partners through research, outreach, and networkingSupport relationship management efforts to help partners successfully launch and promote their insurance programsCollaborate with senior sales leadership to achieve quarterly growth targetsAnalyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunitiesMaintain CRM accuracy, prepare reports, and track performance metricsWho You Are1–3 years of professional experience in sales, technology, brokerage, consulting, venture capital, or investment bankingStrong interest in sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategyHighly motivated, action-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communicator with strong relationship-building skillsDetail-oriented with high energy, resilience, and competitive driveFormer athletes and candidates from performance-driven environments are encouraged to applyCompensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $80,000 – $150,000, with performance-based incentives.
