The Expo coordinates the pace and flow between the kitchen and the Servers.We have:A great team thats waiting for you to join!A family-oriented business modelCompetitive benefitsPaid vacationLong-term career growthYou have:Skills to coordinate and manage the pace and flow between the Servers and the kitchenAttention to detail to monitor ticket times and communicate with cook line to assure prompt delivery of ordersA commitment to ensure that all orders are prepared according to the Guests specifications and follow the MetroDiner recipes and menuThe ability to immediately notify management of any item that needs to be recooked and run to a tableThe capability to call for food runners to ensure food gets to the table in a timely mannerYou might also have:Experience as a Expeditor in a fast-paced work environment xaygatp Working experience with reading a KDS screen and an understanding of ticket itemsOrganizational skills to maintain contact with the kitchen, Managers, and Servers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and Guests concerns are addressedThe ability to diffuse stressful situations through a calm, thoughtful demeanorThe desire to work with servers, food runners, and bussers to ensure efficient operations while focusing on Guests needs
