If you wish to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, quality focused environment where you can learn and grow, we encourage you to apply.\r\nAs an Assembler, a typical day might include the following:\r\nFollowing detailed work instructions to perform production duties such as assembly, operating machinery, packaging products, building products and soldering.\r\nLearning and following all safety policies.\r\nDeveloping positive and effective working relationships with co-workers.\r\nFollowing and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.\r\nThis job might be for you if:\r\nYou demonstrate a willingness to learn, retain information and can become proficient in basic electronic production processes.\r\nYou obtain a basic understanding of quality and productivity standards.\r\nYou have an ability to listen, comprehend, and follow technical instructions.\r\nYou have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills in English.\r\nYou have an ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.\r\nYou have an ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.\r\nPhysical Requirements:\r\nLift, push, pull and maneuver up to 40 pounds frequently\r\nSit and/or stand at least 8 hours\r\nVision correctable to 20/30 or better\r\nDifferentiate color\r\nReach, bend, kneel, twist, grip, pinch\r\nFine finger dexterity sufficient to handle and place parts with precision and accuracy for at least 8 hours\r\nLocation:\r\nWe are currently hiring direct into Pullman, Moscow, and Lewiston. Most available positions are for swing shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm). The swing shift position has a pay differential of $1.75 per hour.\r\nNew hires generally start at $20.00 per hour. Our swing shift also offers a shift differential of $1.75 per hour on top of the $20.00 starting wage.
