Business Analyst Principal (Hybrid), W2 only, No C2C
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Principal to support enterprise-wide digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives. This role will focus on mapping, analyzing, and optimizing cross-functional business processes to support the transition to a fully integrated Digital Enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong process engineering experience, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and other business functions.Map and analyze business processes across multiple cross-functional departments including engineering, finance, manufacturing, and supply chainDevelop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation outlining activities, roles, responsibilities, systems, tools, and data flowsCollaborate with business units, stakeholders, and leadership teams to gather process information and business requirementsAssess current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and workflow optimizationDesign and recommend efficient and effective business processes aligned with organizational objectivesSupport implementation and deployment of process improvements including communication, training, and post-deployment feedbackTrain and guide staff on new processes, procedures, and process management toolsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes and recommend adjustments as neededMaintain process models and documentation within a configuration-controlled environmentServe as a subject matter expert supporting enterprise-wide digitalization and integrated business process initiativesEnsure business processes comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policiesQualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field requiredMaster's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferredMinimum of 6 years of relevant experience required10 years of relevant experience preferredStrong experience with business process mapping, modeling, and optimizationExperience leading process improvement and Kaizen initiativesExperience mapping processes to organizational roles, responsibilities, systems, and data flowsHands-on experience with digital process mapping tools such as Prime BPM or similar platformsStrong understanding of business process management principles and best practicesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsStrong presentation and collaboration abilitiesPreferred Qualifications Experience with structured problem-solving methodologiesKnowledge of engineering and/or manufacturing environmentsExperience supporting Agile/Scrum environments and reporting Agile-related metricsExperience with project management methodologies and toolsKnowledge of technical systems and requirements related to defense or manufacturing operationsBenefits: Health Insurance401kPay Range: $49.00 - $54.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
