We can’t wait to hear from you!\n_________________________________\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using the .NET framework, C#, and React.\nCollaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.\nWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C# that follows best practices and coding standards.\nUtilize React and related libraries (React Router, Redux, etc.) to create responsive and intuitive user interfaces.\nPerform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to ensure optimal application performance and quality.\nTroubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions.\nIntegrate web applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.\nStay up-to-date with the latest developments in .NET, C#, React, and related technologies, and propose their adoption when appropriate.\nMentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to development processes and methodologies.\nRequirements:\n6+ years of professional experience in .NET/C# development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.\nProven experience in developing web applications using React and its ecosystem (React Router, Redux, etc.).\nProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.\nSolid understanding of ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core framework.\nFamiliarity with entity framework for database access and LINQ for querying data.\nExperience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.\nKnowledge of SQL and database systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.\nFamiliarity with version control systems, such as Git.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with mobile app development (iOS/Android) using Xamarin or React Native is a plus.\n_________________________________\nAbout STG\nOur unique consulting company has been changing lives since 1996, providing full-time employment with benefits and paid time off.
