This role is fully embedded within the software and business systems organization, responsible for driving scope, timeline, budget, cross-functional alignment, and successful delivery from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership: Own the master project plan, critical path, milestones, and phase-gate readiness. Manage risks, issues, and decisions across all workstreams.SI & Vendor Management: Lead day-to-day coordination with the System Integrator, ensuring delivery to contract, escalating issues, and protecting business requirements.Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Commercial teams to translate requirements into NetSuite configuration decisions. Facilitate workshops, demos, UAT planning, and stakeholder communications.Data Migration & Integrations: Oversee migration planning across multiple source systems and coordinate integration work with internal engineering teams (e.g., middleware, CRM, financial tools).Change Management: Support training, readiness, cutover planning, freeze periods, and communication to minimize business disruption.Budget Oversight: Track implementation budget, review SOWs and change orders, and identify additional tools or resources as needed. Requirements2+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations delivered as PM (kickoff → go-live).Experience with NetSuite OneWorld in multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments.Strong understanding of NetSuite financials, inventory, supply chain, and order management modules.Proven ability to manage a NetSuite SI as the client-side PM.Solid technical depth: integrations, data migration, middleware patterns, and ERP controls (RBAC, audit trail, SoD).Background in regulated industries (FDA, life sciences, medical devices, or similar) preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience migrating multi-tenant ERPs to NetSuite.Familiarity with CPG distribution, EDI, pricing, and rebate programs.Exposure to NetSuite ARM (ASC 606) and analytics tools.Prior embedded or client-side PM experience (not exclusively consulting/SI).
