This role requires a highly organized, detail orientated individual who can work independently, take initiative and stay ahead of priorities. The ideal candidate anticipates needs and ensures processes run smoothly in a fast paced environment.\n\nThis role is a full-time role [based out of our Headquarters in NYC] and reports to the Sr. Manager, Instructor Training & Development.\n\nThe responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned.\n\nROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nManage and support end-to-end project workflows across talent acquisition, instructor training, and format innovation initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications stay on track\nCoordinate cross-functional partnerships with Talent Management, People, Operations, PR, and Marketing to align on priorities and execute programs seamlessly\nOversee scheduling, logistics, and administration for auditions, training workshops, seminars, drills, and events — both virtual and in-person\nMaintain and manage department tools, platforms, and inboxes (including Smartrecruiters, Spark Hire, and Soul-R), ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-through\nTrack and communicate payroll, expense reports, and offer status to relevant teams, serving as a reliable point of contact for cross-departmental information flow\nSupport curriculum development and regionalized program design in partnership with senior leadership to meet evolving business needs\nAssist with candidate pipeline management, instructor onboarding, and pass-off processes, ensuring a smooth experience from recruitment through training and instructor re-engagements.\nSupport the development and rollout of new class formats and innovative programming to expand SoulCycle's schedule offerings\n\nQualifications\n\nMust be extremely detail oriented\nMust be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines\nMust be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment\nExperience leadership is a plus\nShould have a strong ability to communicate clearly with team members and senior management\nProficient in Google & MS Office applications\nA personal passion for fitness and/or SoulCycle a huge plus\nExperience compiling and delivering constructive feedback\nHas a strong sense of urgency and quick turnaround\nPositive, can-do, attitude\n\nPay Transparency: $60k - $65k\n\nAdditional Information\n\nThis job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
