In this role, you will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients during procedures, and ensuring safe, high-quality care throughout the surgical and recovery process. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, patient-focused professional with strong clinical expertise in anesthesia care. Responsibilities:Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for surgical and medical proceduresMonitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during proceduresCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective anesthesia careConduct pre-anesthesia assessments and discuss anesthesia plans with patients and familiesManage post-anesthesia recovery and address any complicationsMaintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocolsStay current with best practices, new medications, and advancements in anesthesia careRequirements:Degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia programCurrent certification as a CRNA through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)Active and unrestricted RN and APRN license in state of practice1+ year of experience in anesthesia care (preferred)Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and patient safety skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesBenefits:$45K Sign On BonusCompetitive Pay - $75/hr to $115/hr
