We typically work on smaller to midsize projects in a wide range of industries. We handle everything from public works new construction, to retail renovations, school additions, and more. Currently the public works area has kept us busy, but we are making the push into the private sector to grow that space.\nAs we grow we are looking to bring on 1-2 more superintendents to run projects for us. We have a full schedule of work for the year with more pushing into 2027. As for our superintendents we want someone who is ready to own the jobsite and run things from top to bottom and that is not afraid to get their hands dirty.\nWhat you need\n5+ years of construction experience\n2+ years as superintendent\nExperience with a wide range of commercial projects (ground up and renovations)\nFire Stations, public works, retail, restaurants, education, steel buildings, etc.\nComfortable negotiating with subcontractors, vendors, and speaking with clients\nOSHA 30 and CPR certified (preferred)\nWhat you will be doing\nOversee Full Construction project from beginning to end\nDrive projects to completion on schedule and within budget targets\nEnforce and oversee adherence to the company's safety policies and procedures\nPlan, coordinate, and manage all required jobsite inspections\nSupervise and manage all phases of onsite construction operations\nSchedule, coordinate, and oversee subcontractor work activities\nTrack and evaluate subcontractor progress, workmanship, and performance standards\nManage project costs to maintain alignment with budgeted labor and material expenses\nIdentify, evaluate, and recommend subcontractors, vendors, and service providers for engagement\nMaintain a safe, productive, and well-organized jobsite environment\nAssist in developing, maintaining, and revising project schedules\nLead regular onsite coordination meetings with subcontractors\nCoordinate timely delivery of critical materials and equipment\nBenefits\nBase Salary: $80,000-$110,000\nFull Medical, Dental, Vision\n401k w/ Match\nTruck Allowance\nBonus Opportunities\nLocal work - Home every night\nShort-Term & Long-term Disability\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
