This isn't a first or second-time manager roleStrong communication skills. This is treated as the top technical skill given the amount of daily interaction with business and leadershipEnough technical depth to review architecture and code and ask the right questions, even without writing code day-to-dayComfort working in an object-oriented language (ideally Kotlin, but object oriented languages will be considered)Prior insurance, annuities, or financial services experience strongly preferredExperience in both startup and larger corporate environments, and an understanding of how each operatesAdaptability.
