Job Description Vanguard Reefer Trailer, Inc. is a world leader in manufacturing of commercial refrigerated trailers.Human Resource Manager Responsibilities: Below is a list of primary duties and responsibilities, these will include but not limited to:· Managing employee relations including conflict resolution· Employee Performance Management· Advising COO on organizational policy matters and recommending needed changes· Implement benefit program· Create and update company job descriptions to reflect changing roles· Coach managers & employees on performance matters· Manage recruiting, interviewing, and selection of applicants· Completing payroll, data entry, reporting, auditing, & processed payroll requests· Build company employee handbook according to legal and benefits changes· Work on behalf of employees to ensure a safe and healthy workspace, conductive to results· Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and provincial requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings· Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and proceduresSchedule:· 4/10 Schedule· Monday - Thurs.
