Why this Role Exists:The Office Manager/Executive Assistant serves as the operational backbone of the Memphis office. This role is responsible for creating structure, organization, and efficiency across the business while providing high-level administrative support to the executive leadership. This individual will manage office operations, coordinate meetings and events, oversee administrative processes, and act as a trusted partner to company leaders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. What Youll Do:Executive Support:Manage the executive teams calendar, scheduling priorities, and meeting cadencePrepare executive briefings and meeting summaries to ensure leaders are preparedOrganize information, ideas, and action items into clear and actionable formatsCoordinate follow-up on key initiatives and commitments Support strategic projects and special assignments as neededLeadership Support:Coordinate leadership meetings and company-wide meetingsDevelop agendas and prepare meeting materialsTake meeting notes and document key decisionsTrack action items and ensure commitments are followed throughHelp create accountability and alignment across the leadership teamIdentify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improved communication and executionHelp drive organizational discipline and follow-through throughout the businessOffice Operations & HospitalityOversee day-to-day office operations and workplace organizationCoordinate office hospitality, meals, and visitor experiencesEnsure guests, customers, candidates, and partners receive a professional Chne experienceSupport employee events and company gatheringsAssist with onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and office orientationProperty & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationshipsManage office-related projects and improvementsEnsure company facilities remain organized, functional, and representative of the Chne brandQualifications:3+ years of experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or office operationsExceptional organizational and project management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionExperience coordinating executive travel, meetings, and eventsHighly proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and calendar management toolsWhat success looks like:Executive schedules are organized and optimizedMeetings are productive, action-oriented, and well documentedExecutive Leaders have the information they need before meetings and clear next steps afterwardOffice operations run smoothly with minimal oversightKey initiatives move forward because someone is driving accountability and follow-throughThe executive leadership team can focus on leading the business rather than managing logistics.Visitors experience a professional and welcoming Chne environmentrecblid d8tilddsdw73kxo7uab0zdc9jif10i
