The ideal candidate has *2+ years of fulfillment or warehouse operations experience and forklift/PIT experience*, with the ability to safely handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n* Operate material-handling equipment, including *forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, and electric pallet jacks (EPJs)*, following all required safety procedures.\n* Receive and unload shipments from carriers and verify materials against established requirements.\n* Inspect incoming packages and materials to ensure they meet standard operating procedures and quality requirements.\n* Perform inventory and quality control checks for assigned part numbers.\n* Accurately document receipts, work orders, and inventory transactions using inventory management systems.\n* Perform data entry and navigate inventory management software to record receiving, storage, and fulfillment activities.\n* Package, wrap, and store parts using the appropriate packaging methods for each stage of the fulfillment or manufacturing process.\n* Sort, stage, and move boxes, crates, packages, and other containers while maintaining proper identification and security of materials.\n* Label and mark parts according to standard operating procedures to maintain accurate identification and traceability.\n* Assign and maintain appropriate storage locations for individual and bulk materials.\n* Conduct inventory and storage audits according to established procedures.\n* Identify and escalate process roadblocks or potential downstream defects.\n* Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts by providing accurate information and identifying potential process issues.\n* Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS\n\n* *2+ years of fulfillment center, warehouse, or material handling experience*, including receiving and inventory functions.\n* *Forklift/PIT experience required.*\n* Experience with receiving, put-away, picking/kitting, inventory, packing, and/or shipping.\n* Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely.\n* Ability to work with inventory management systems and perform accurate data entry.\n* Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.\n* Ability to identify inventory requirements from *Bills of Material (BOMs)* is preferred.\n* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or quality issues.\n* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.\n* Ability to lift and handle materials weighing *up to 50 lbs.*\n* Must strictly follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and safe equipment-operating practices.\n\nPay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour\n\nApplication Question(s):\n* Describe your fulfillment operations experience, specifically inventory counting, receiving experience, and packing experience (Include years of experience and companies where you have done this type of work).\n* Do you have ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material experience?
