Role Description We’re hiring a quota-carrying Account Executive to grow our SME Data & AI managed services business.You’ll be selling a monthly data warehouse + AI service (~$7K–$12K MRR) to small and mid-sized companies—helping them improve reporting, automate workflows, and make better decisions without building internal teams.Target: Close 1 new client per monthThis is a full-time, mostly remote role for an Account Executive – SME Data & AI (Recurring Revenue) at Innovoco. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for small and mid-sized enterprise clients, from prospecting and qualification through solution presentation, negotiation, and close, with a focus on recurring revenue offerings in data and AI.      Own the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → proposal → closeProspect and generate new opportunities across the Southern USSell recurring data, BI, and AI services to business leaders (owners, CFOs, operators)Run consultative discovery focused on business outcomes (not just tech)Work with internal teams to shape solutions and proposalsManage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpotUse tools like LinkedIn and Apollo.ioThe role includes building and nurturing long-term client relationships, understanding business needs, and positioning Innovoco’s analytics solutions to deliver real and transformative value to our customers. What You are SellingManaged data warehouse & Analytics solutionsAI workflow automation and customised AI systems and toolsFractional Data & AI team (monthly subscription model)Typical deal: $7K–$12K/month recurringQualifications·                     7-10+ years in B2B sales (consulting, SaaS, or tech)Proven closer with outbound experience in the markets we operateComfortable selling to SME decision-makers in multiple industriesBasic understanding of data/analytics/AI (or quick learner). Demonstrated skills in Software Sales and Sales, with a track record of closing recurring revenue deals in B2B environments.Experience in Account Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), including nurturing long-term client relationships and managing complex accounts.Knowledge of Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and using CRM tools to drive sales efficiency.Familiarity with data analytics, AI, or cloud-based SaaS solutions, and ability to understand and articulate technical value to business stakeholders.Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
