Director, Business Development - Fee Building

Invitation Homes is a place where possibility lives.The Director, Business Development- Fee Building role with ResiBuilt is a key position for the company's success and growth.What You'll DoSource new Fee Build projects in Texas including but not limited to Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San AntonioSecure all relevant project information such as site plan, zoning, entitlement, preferred product type (TH, SFD, Multi), status of funding, timelines, POC’s, potential competitors, etc.Promote ResiBuilt’s additional capabilities and services available to Fee Build clients including underwriting, land development & site work, design, and lending capabilities such as construction debtAttend and participation in national, regional, and local tradeshows with ResiBuilt Team such as IMN, Zonda, NRHC, NMHCNegotiate the terms of each project including specs, pricing and takedown schedulesFinalize PSAs between ResiBuilt and Fee Build clients for leadership review and client presentationMonitor and report client progress on areas not under our control such as zoning, approvals, site work, developmentMonitor project progress such as permitting, starts, punchout, and CO’sWork in collaboration with Operations and AR to monitor client payment activity and insure timely paymentWork in collaboration with Costing Team on plan pricing, special requests, and take-offsMaintain regular and ongoing communications with prospects and existing clients alikeProvide regular updates on competitor activity and market trends within assigned territoryProvide regular updates to Leadership - VP of Fee Build Operations - on prospecting activities, client meetings, areas of opportunity, pipeline, progress, delays, spec changes and other itemsAttend where applicable, local zoning and approval meetingsProvide regular client engagement and relationship building opportunities such as meals and activitiesAdhere to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to our professional code of conduct and expense guidelines and reportingWho We’re Looking ForCandidate to possess minimum 4 year college degreeCandidate to have 4+ years of industry or related sales experienceCandidate to demonstrate competency with Microsoft or equivalent suite of tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, GMail, CRMCandidate to possess strong verbal, written, and communication skillsWhy Invitation HomesWe Stand For Flexibility, Opportunity, And a Home That People Can Make Their Own.
