One of our major oil and gas clients is seeking a Project Manager IIto work on a 12 - month assignment in their facilities in Superior, WI.SummarySeeking experienced Project Manager to support execution of capital projects within the Midwest Region. This role is execution focused, responsible for taking approved and scoped projects and driving them through planning, construction, execution, and close out.The ideal candidate is a hands on PM who can independently manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, outages, and field activities, and deliver projects safely and efficiently with minimal oversight.ResponsibilitiesLead capital projects from handoff through close out.Manage scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality.Execute a repeatable portfolio of asset replacement projects including but not limited to:Coordinate closely with:Lead and manage:Booster Pump ReplacementsValve replacementsPressure Control Valves (PCVs)Take ownership once equipment is ordered and drive projects to completion.Develop simplified drawing packages as required (actuators, controllers, power)Regional Operations supervisors and engineersAsset Management (ACMs)Outage CoordinatorsMitigate risk through planning process.MOCsRisk ReviewsProcure materials.Manage contractors and vendors.Ensure proper documentation and project close out.RequirementsProven experience delivering capital projects as a Project Manager. Strong execution experience in:Detailed planningField executionClose out Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined scope and execute effectively Experience working with:Operations teamsField constructionContractors and vendors Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience in pipeline, energy, or regulated asset environments.
