working with cross-functional teams to optimize Workday solution processes and improve system interoperability.\r\nEnsure Workday solutions comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, and maintain accountability for data integrity, focusing on quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness, and usability across core systems and related interfaces.\r\nProvide training and support, assist end-users and technical teams with Workday solution-related issues, and provide training or knowledge transfer as needed, including development of functional test Platform.\r\nExperience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.\r\n4+ years of Workday configuration experience implementing integration solutions using Workday Studio and XSLT for data transformation.\r\nStrong proficiency in Workday integration technologies, including Studio, EIBs, core connectors, Prism, custom report transformations, security, business process administration, and notifications.\r\nAdvanced report writing, including composite reporting and calculated field experience.\r\nExceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, commitment to data integrity, organization, and adept problem-solving skills.\r\nAbility to gather technical and business requirements and translate them into action plans.\r\nUnderstanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle, including collecting requirements, design, development, testing, and move to production processes.\r\nUnderstanding of data privacy practices and regulations, and the discipline to handle highly confidential information with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence decisions and drive results.\r\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with business units and third-party vendors.\r\nDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work within deadlines.\r\nExperience
