In this role, you will own process engineering across our SMT, through-hole, and box-build lines, driving yield, throughput, and right-first-time performance. You will lead DFM reviews, support new product introduction, and drive root cause analysis on defects — while also cross-training to run AOI and flying probe inspection equipment directly, providing hands-on backup coverage on the floor.
