For more information, please visit www.verathon.com.\nOverview:\nVerathon® is looking for a Commissions Analyst II to become the newest member of our Finance/Accounting Team located in Bothell, WA.\n\nThe Commissions Analyst II is responsible for ensuring sales representative commissions and bonuses are accurately calculated based on the plan documents. They will provide support within the team and throughout the organization to enhance the long-term profitability and growth of the company. This position requires an innovative individual with the willingness to drive change, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of associates and in cross functional teams and international cultures.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide support to accurately calculate and analyze sales representative commissions worldwide using Xactly Incent software\nPrepare intermediate payment files for payroll processing\nReview sales compensation plan documents annually to perform accurate calculations and understand plans\nCollect and analyze standard report data to track compensation performance and metrics\nGenerate intermediate ad hoc reports for sales management and provide support as needed to address sales questions\nPerform various intermediate ad hoc projects and analysis as needed\nSupport the Commissions appeal process, assuring proper approvals and documentation for any adjustments to individual sales representative commissions\nSupport training regarding sales representative commissions\nPrepare commissions journal entries\nReconcile commissions accounts monthly utilizing Blackline software\nAid and support documentation for both internal and external auditors\nEnsure compliance with internal controls and company policies and procedures\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred\n2+ years of directly related commissions analysis with proven record of increased responsibility\nAbility to perform intermediate activities with monitored end results\nExperience working in accounting and finance in a manufacturing environment preferred\nStrong attention to detail required\nExperience applying continuous improvement concepts preferred\nProven ability to identify process improvements\nCreative, analytical mindset with can-do attitude\nAbility to work cross functionally\nSelf-starter with ability to positively support others\nComfortable with having to adjust to changes in work environment, work under pressure with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines\nAdept at prioritizing work and coordinating tasks simultaneously\nAbility to prepare and present data in a simple, understandable manner using effective oral and written communication\nPreferred candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organization, and time management skills\nAbility to interact effectively with all stakeholders\nAbility to integrate with other departments and locations\nAbility to develop strong partnership/teambuilding relationships with all functional areas\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel preferred\nExperience with Epicor ERP, Xactly Incent (or other sales commissions software), DocuSign, and BlackLine preferred\n\nSalary range - $71,500- $95,696 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).\n\nFull-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon’s annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.\n\nVerathon provides a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off and a 401(k) matching plan.
