Full team under me totals 6 people over all the sites. Project governed by another division of we were hired to manage this.Resource's typical working day: Validating readiness before vendors visit. Registering and escorting vendors from security to labs, providing critical instructions before the work can start. Administrative tasks like updating team documents, keeping project documents organized, sending emails etc.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with on-site teams to maintain asset information.Manage on-site vendor visits.Assist in collection and organization of vendor documentation after field visits.Monitor daily progress, identify potential delays, and proactively plan upcoming activities.Support vendor coordination by validating the equipment or space is ready and supplies are available for activities.Manage expectations and provide consistent updates.Ability to utilize project tools (e.g. SmartSheet, Excel and Microsoft Office) to track tasks and dependencies.Help drive continuous improvement by working with the team to conduct post-vendor visit reviews and implement lessons learned.Maintain a safety-first mentality. Validating proper PPE and safety guidelines are consistently and constantly being met.Must Have Skills:Familiarity with a wide range of lab equipment and general laboratory environment is desirable.
