This role is ideal for a contracts professional who can quickly become a dependable, independent contributor after onboarding and training. Reporting directly to the Director of Contracts/Program Finance, this position will play a key role in contract administration, compliance, and internal coordination across the business.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced federal contracting environment. They should have a strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS-based contracts, subcontracts, and contract administration practices, along with the judgment to escalate complex issues when needed.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport administration of prime contracts and subcontracts throughout the contract lifecycle, from award through closeout.\nPrepare and send draft NDAs, TAs, and other routine agreements for review and coordination.\nReview and process contract documents, modifications, task orders, agreements, and related correspondence.\nAssist in evaluating solicitations, terms and conditions, and contractual requirements for risk, compliance, and operational impact.\nTrack contract deliverables (CDRLs), reporting requirements, periods of performance, option years, and key deadlines.\nMaintain organized and accurate contract files, records, databases, and documentation.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders, including business development, proposals, program management, finance, and leadership, on contractual matters.\nSupport subcontract administration activities, including issuing subcontract documents and modifications and maintaining subcontract files.\nAssist with contract closeouts, organizational conflict of interest reviews, representations and certifications, and other compliance-related actions.\nMonitor contract actions and help ensure alignment with company policies and Government requirements.\nPrepare summaries, status updates, and internal reports related to contracts and subcontract activity.\nSupport audits, data calls, and customer or internal requests for contractual documentation.\nEscalate higher-risk or more complex contractual matters to leadership, as appropriate.\nContribute to process improvements, templates, and standard practices for the contracts function.\nSupport proposal coordination activities, including distributing RFP packages to subcontractors or internal teams, tracking proposal support requests and responses, coordinating required subcontractor documentation, and assisting with contract-related proposal inputs and follow-up actions.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred\n4–8+ years of relevant contracts administration experience\nGovernment contracting experience required; DoD experience preferred\nWorking knowledge of federal contract administration principles, including FAR and DFARS\nExperience supporting prime contracts and/or subcontracts in a federal contracting environment\nAbility to review and interpret contract terms and conditions with strong attention to detail\nStrong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal day-to-day oversight\nAbility to identify next steps, anticipate needs, and surface issues before they become problems\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint\nExperience with Costpoint preferred\nExperience with contract file management and compliance tracking\nFamiliarity with FAR/DFARS and DoD contracting environments preferred\nAbility to work effectively in a remote environment with strong self-direction, responsiveness, and follow-through\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion; Secret clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance preferred\nWhy Choose ISPA Technology?\nCompetitive salary packages with bonus potential.\nComprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage.\nGenerous PTO allotment and 11 paid holidays.\nRobust life and disability insurance options.\n401(K) with company match, for your future.\nA culture of recognition and rewards for your contributions.\nOpportunities for relocation and professional development.\nThis is a great opportunity for a contracts professional who wants to grow in a meaningful role with increased ownership and visibility.
