The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that all areas are safe and sanitary. *Duties* - Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas - Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairways - Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs - Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness *Requirements* - Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques - Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently - Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift - Familiarity with safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals If you have experience as a Porter, in Residential painting, Industrial cleaning, Buffing, Floor care, Commercial cleaning, Facilities maintenance, or Custodial work, we encourage you to apply.
