This role is responsible for contributing to software development activities at a moderate level with guidance from senior engineers. The role focuses on creating, testing, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of software modules within the organization’s products.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nWrite high‑quality, testable code with direct supervision and step‑by‑step guidance from senior team members.\nCreate and maintain automation scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce manual operational effort.\nParticipate in software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, performance analysis, code reviews, and risk assessments.\nResearch, conceive, and develop software applications to extend and improve CCS's product offering.\nContribute to a wide variety of projects utilizing natural language processing, artificial intelligence, data compression, machine learning, and search technologies.\nCollaborate on scalability issues involving access to data and information.\nSolve challenges/problems that you are presented with.\nStrive to meet team sprint commitments.\nIntegrate software components and third-party programs; verify and deploy programs/systems.\nTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.\nGather and evaluate user feedback and execute improvement recommendations based on input.\nCreate technical documentation for reference and reporting.\nAdhere to all confidentiality, HIPAA, regulatory, and other such policies, procedures, and requirements as outlined within CCS’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the scope of work.\nMaintain compliance with CCS’s policies, procedures, and mission statement, and fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by CCS for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success.\n\nJob Requirements:\n\n0-2 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies.\nExperience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.\nKnowledge of object-oriented coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git).\nKnowledge of functional programming languages.\nExperience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate).\nAbility to learn new languages and technologies.\nExcellent communication skills, resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.\nExperience working with Unix/Linux, Windows or macOS environments, distributed systems, machine learning, information retrieval and TCP/IP.\nVersatile and enthusiastic to take on new problems across the Business Units (BUs), continuing to push technology forward.\nTravel for this position will include less than 10% locally usually for training purposes.\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology\n\nComplexCare Solutions offers competitive compensation and benefits package.\n\nThe Company is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
