You’ll be part of a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team that values your ideas and contributions.\nSummary:\nPerforms global commodity data analysis and provides actionable insights to maximize opportunities and mitigate supply chain risk within the corporate Supply Chain organization.\nResponsibilities:\n\nAnalyze market and price trends for various commodities, including conducting internal and external research on global market and raw material pricing dynamics\nMonitor regulatory changes, industry developments, and international trade conditions impacting various commodities\nProactively identify opportunities to optimize cost position for assigned commodity categories\nAnalyze complex data and prepare summary reports, spreadsheets and charts based on analysis of data from multiple sources\nPrepare and analyze metrics to identify departmental and supplier performance trends\nAudit data, challenge and resolve data integrity issues and present findings to responsible manager\nAssist in process standardization and provide process/communication improvement recommendations relative to metric tracking activities\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to drive data clean-up efforts\nEngage with suppliers to reconcile data and or metrics related discrepancies\nMonitor regulatory changes, industry developments, and international trade conditions impacting various commodities\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nOther information:\n\n5+ years of supply chain, materials, procurement and/or commodity management experience is preferred\nFinancial analysis and capture engagement experience a plus\nHigh proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables), Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Word\nCapable navigating through software applications including ERP systems (Infor LN and Baan, Kinaxis)\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams\nSelf-motivated and works well under pressure to meet deadlines\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nHighly proficient verbal and written communication skills\nStrong, accurate, analytical, problem solving and statistical skills\nSharp attention to detail\nProficiency in extracting, analyzing and summarizing data\nDemonstrates high confidentiality\n\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field\n\nEducation:\nGeographical Location: Arizona:Tempe\nPhysical Location: Tempe, AZ - Headquarters\nShift: Shift 1\nWork Schedule: No Set Schedule\nFull Time\nExport Control: This job position may include access to controlled information or technology covered under applicable U.S. export control laws.
