Our engineering team has an immediate opening for several Senior/Mid-level Systems Engineers located at CTSi headquarters in Southern Maryland to support aircraft avionics integration efforts. This highly technical, customer-facing role requires international travel and a high level of initiative. Candidates must have excellent oral communication skills to effectively convey system design information to engineering disciplines and customers at all leadership levels. Preference is given to full-time candidates in St. Mary’s County, Maryland, though remote work may be considered under the right circumstances. The successful candidate must possess or be eligible for a Secret security clearance.\n\nEducation / Certifications\n\nBS degree (MS preferred) in Engineering from an ABET accredited program.\n\nExperience\n\nAircraft avionics or weapons integration experience.\n\nUnderstand the RFM process to successfully gain an ATO for the avionics systems to be integrated.\n\nUnderstand RTOS, OMS/UCI, 1553, Ethernet.\n\nModular Open Systems Architecture principals.\n\nUnderstanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering.\n\nSystem integration & testing.\n\nPrior experience performing detailed analysis and preparing for Design Reviews.\n\nU.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.\n\nLink-16 knowledge or experience a plus.\n\nKnowledge of AGILE workflows a plus.\n\nSelected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
