What You’ll Be Doing This role goes beyond inspection—it's about building and maintaining a culture of quality across the entire organization: Own and maintain the controlled document library, ensuring accuracy and compliance Create, revise, and manage quality documentation and records Serve as the gatekeeper for document control and process integrity Support and enhance the Vendor Management Program, including onboarding and performance monitoring Partner with the Materials team to manage vendor communications and questionnaires Lead internal audits to identify gaps and drive operational improvements Handle quality-related escalations and work cross-functionally to resolve issues Drive the Quality Incident Program (nonconformances & corrective actions) Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or related field 2–5 years of experience xywuqvp in quality assurance, quality systems, or process improvement Hands-on experience with audits and quality management systems Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Why This Role?
