Step into a shift where your craftsmanship sets the pace. As our Senior Offset Litho Press Operator, you’ll take the reins of a sheetfed offset press and guide each run from make-ready to sign-off—owning color, quality, and throughput so our customers’ brands shine.A day in this roleYour shift begins with reviewing the job ticket and production schedule. You set plates, calibrate color, confirm substrate and caliper, and bring the press up to speed. Throughout the run, you watch densities and registration, make on-the-fly adjustments, and keep a sharp eye on consistency. You troubleshoot early to cut waste, complete basic preventive maintenance, and keep the area spotless and safe.
