This position is ideal for candidates with experience in metal fabrication, machining, or industrial manufacturing who are comfortable working with production machinery, hand and power tools, and precision measuring equipment. You'll work in a safety-focused, team-oriented environment where quality and continuous improvement are top priorities.ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and technical specifications.Perform fabrication, machining, assembly, and finishing operations on metal components.Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and gauges, to verify product quality and dimensional accuracy.Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications.Perform routine machine adjustments and report equipment or process issues as needed.Safely operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, drill presses, and other manufacturing equipment.Complete production and quality documentation accurately.Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.Qualifications and RequirementsOne to three years of experience in metal fabrication, machining, or industrial manufacturing.Experience working with and around industrial machinery.Proficiency using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other inspection equipment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Understanding of manufacturing tolerances and quality standards.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.Benefits and Perks$19.00/hourMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planWeekly payTraining and growth opportunitiesYour New OrganizationThe Reserves Network partners with leading manufacturers to provide stable, rewarding career opportunities in industrial and manufacturing environments.
