This is a relationship-driven, outside sales role with strong earning potential and long-term growth.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, activating, and growing partnerships with plumbing companies that serve as a key lead source for our business. You will focus on building meaningful relationships, managing partner engagement, and ensuring a smooth handoff from referral to job completion. Success in this role is driven by your ability to grow partnerships, increase referral volume and quality, improve conversion rates, and maintain strong partner satisfaction.\nYou’ll ramp up quickly with training, begin building your own partnerships within your first 60 days, and be fully managing your territory by 90 days.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and grow relationships with plumbing companies across your assigned territory\nProspect, call, and visit partners to generate new referral opportunities\nEducate partners on Dry Force’s services and how the referral process works\nIdentify strong partners based on responsiveness, service area, and business fit\nMaintain consistent follow-up and communication to strengthen partnerships\nTrack activity, partnerships, and opportunities in CRM\nWork closely with operations to ensure fast response times and a great customer experience\nKeep partners informed with updates on job progress and outcomes\nParticipate in events, networking opportunities, and partner appreciation initiatives\nStay aware of market trends and competitor activity\nPerformance & Goals\nManage a pipeline of new and existing partners\nMeet activity goals such as calls, meetings, and partner visits\nDrive referral volume, conversion rates, and revenue growth\nMaintain accurate tracking and reporting of all sales activity\nRequired Qualifications\n1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nComfortable using CRM systems and tracking activity (experience with Luxor or similar tools is a plus)\nAbility to stay organized, manage priorities, and adapt based on performance results\nValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within your territory\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in home services, restoration, plumbing, or similar industries\nFamiliarity with referral-based sales, partner-driven business models, or insurance workflows (including TPA networks)\nExperience organizing trainings, workshops, or lunch-and-learns for partners\nAbility to manage multiple partnerships in a fast-paced environment\nExperience using operational or job-tracking systems like DASH or similar tools\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompetitive base salary + performance-based commission (uncapped earning potential)\nCompany-paid health insurance\nDental and vision coverage\nPaid time off (PTO)\n401(k) with company match\nCompany-paid short and long-term disability\nCompany-paid life insurance\nMileage reimbursement or company vehicle options (based on territory)\nClear opportunities for career growth and advancement\n\nJoin Dry Force and be part of a growing team where your impact is recognized, your relationships matter, and your earning potential is in your hands.\n\nEqual Opportunity Statement\nDry Force is an equal opportunity employer.
