Job Title: Manufacturing AssociateLocation: Pennsylvania (PA)Duration: 12 MonthsJob Summary:We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate with 2+ years of experience in the medical device industry to support manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and production activities in a GMP-regulated environment. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, follow SOPs, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous production operations.Key Responsibilities:Perform assembly, packaging, and manufacturing operations according to SOPs and work instructions.Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.Complete batch records, Device History Records (DHR), and production documentation accurately.Operate manufacturing equipment and support basic troubleshooting activities.Follow GMP, FDA, ISO 13485, and safety requirements.Support line clearance, material handling, and production readiness activities.Report quality issues and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:2+ years of manufacturing experience in the Medical Device industry.Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.Knowledge of FDA regulations, GDP, and ISO 13485 requirements.Experience with assembly, inspection, and manufacturing documentation.Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment.
