Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.This position plays a pivotal role in the identification, attraction, and successful placement of top talent for current and future opportunities within one or more business units. This individual is responsible for identifying and promoting sourcing, interviewing and hiring best practices to align with business and customer needs. They drive timelines and promote various hiring initiatives, including diversity talent attraction, recruiting programs, interviewing events, new manager trainings, and strategic pipeline building. The Recruiter is a strategic talent partner and consultant for their customer group.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and define role requirementsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective recruiting processAdvise on staffing best practices, market trends, and hiring strategiesManage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordinationDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies using market data and insightsIdentify and engage both active and passive candidates through multiple channelsUtilize networking, referrals, job boards, events, and diversity sourcing strategies to build talent pipelinesDrive the timely execution of recruiting processes across multiple requisitionsAct as a candidate advocate, ensuring a positive candidate experienceUse data to influence decisions, improve processes, and communicate insights to stakeholdersLead or support process improvement initiatives within recruiting operationsPresent training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing and hiring best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruiting efforts with business goalsMaintain accurate documentation and reporting within recruiting systemsSkills And QualificationsBachelor’s degree8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple roles and skill setsProven track record managing high-volume, high-quality recruitment effortsStrong ability to influence stakeholders and drive hiring decisionsExperience developing and executing sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagementStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ProjectExperience with applicant tracking systems or talent management platformsStrong client service mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionStrong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting in healthcare or medical device industriesExperience with Workday, SmartRecruiters, or similar ATS platformsWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
