Job Title: Armed Flex Security Officer (Part-Time, Multi-Site)Location: Sheridan, CO 80110Employment Type: Part-TimePay Rate: $23.50 per hourSchedule: Multi-Site (varies based on coverage needs)Position OverviewCitadel Security USA is hiring a Part-Time Multi-Site Armed Officer to support coverage across multiple sites in the Denver metro area. This is not a fixed-post assignment, officers rotate between locations based on staffing needs.Each shift may look different. Officers are expected to adjust quickly, follow site-specific instructions, and maintain a steady, professional presence regardless of the environment.Key Responsibilities Provide armed coverage at a variety of client locations Conduct foot patrols across assigned indoor and outdoor areas Monitor entry points and confirm authorized access Maintain visibility to help prevent theft, trespassing, or disruptions Observe surroundings and report suspicious activity or safety concerns Respond to incidents in line with post orders and site procedures Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately Stay in contact with supervisors, dispatch, or site contacts as neededWork Schedule & Conditions No fixed schedule as the shifts assigned are based on operational demand Work locations may change regularly Flexibility is required for evenings, overnights, and weekends Assignments may include different property types and environmentsMinimum Qualifications Must meet Colorado requirements for armed security roles Ability to obtain and maintain an active Denver Guard Card Legally permitted to carry a firearm while on duty Strong awareness, judgment, and decision-making ability Clear and professional communication skills Ability to pass background screening and drug testingWhat We Offer $23.50 per hour Flexible scheduling with opportunities to pick up extra shifts Paid training and licensing support Overtime opportunities when available Employee referral incentives Ongoing support from operations and field leadershipWhy This Role Exposure to a wide range of sites and assignments Opportunity to build experience across different environments Consistent support while working flexible assignmentsEqual Opportunity EmployerCitadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
