This role is an integral part of a high-performing production team and is expected to operate molding equipment, follow standard work, and ensure product quality through effective inspection and defect detection.This position requires a strong commitment to safe work practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement, while contributing to a collaborative and respectful team environment.What You’ll DoOperate rubber molding equipment and related production machinery in accordance with established standard work and safety proceduresSet up, monitor, and adjust molding processes to ensure optimal product quality and efficiencyIdentify, detect, and respond to product defects using visual inspection and measurement tools, ensuring only conforming product moves forwardFollow standardized work instructions to maintain consistency, repeatability, and product integrityPerform production activities including molding, trimming, assembly, and packaging as neededSupport and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and reporting of hazardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards)Participate in team-based problem solving and continuous improvement initiativesAccurately complete production documentation and quality checksCollaborate with team members, leads, and support functions to meet production and quality goalsYour Role in Our ValuesAt Enpro, our values of Safety, Excellence, and Respect guide how we work, collaborate, and grow.
