Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Surgical Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: Ongoing Shift: 12 hours, days, evenings Employment Type: Per Diem Key Responsibilities Prepare operating room, instruments, and sterile field prior to surgery Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and ready for procedures Assist surgeons by passing instruments, supplies, and equipment during procedures Maintain sterile technique and support patient safety at all times Assist with surgical counts (sponges, needles, instruments) and specimen handling Monitor needs of the surgical team and anticipate next steps during procedures  New Opportunity – Flexible Shift Options Available!
