Job Description NCW is partnered with a growing custom millwork manufacturer in the South Bend area seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. This is a first-shift opportunity offering a four-day work week and consistent production schedule.This role is ideal for someone with CNC operating experience in a woodworking or manufacturing environment who values stability, precision, and long-term opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate Weeke CNC router to machine wood componentsLoad sheet goods and monitor machine cyclesPerform basic setups, tool changes, and minor adjustmentsRead and interpret shop drawings and production documentsInspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a safe and organized workspaceRequirements1+ year CNC operating experience preferredWoodworking, cabinetry, or millwork experience a plusAbility to read blueprints and use measuring toolsStrong attention to detailReliable attendance and team-oriented mindsetAbout Us:At NCW, we do our best to provide the brightest talent to the best companies across the country.
