Weekend RN Supervisor

The Weekend RN Supervisor is a full- or part-time clinical leadership role overseeing weekend shifts in a long-term care setting.They supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensure quality resident care, and respond to emergencies.Serve as the highest-ranking clinical leader during weekends, providing coaching, addressing staffing, and promoting teamwork.Ensure compliance with regulations, monitor infection control, and maintain accurate documentation.Communicate with residents, families, staff, and physicians, and provide detailed shift reports.Qualifications include an active RN license, at least 2 years of clinical experience, and strong leadership skills.Work involves standing, walking, and responding quickly in emergencies, with shifts typically on weekends, 8–12 hours, with possible on-call duties.Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $62.00 per hour, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education credits.
