This role owns delivery performance across quality, schedule, cost, and margin, and is the central integrating force between customers, field execution teams, internal engineering and product functions, and senior leadership.\nThe successful candidate will bring deep credibility in commercial building systems, demonstrated skill in orchestrating complex multi-stakeholder programs, and the leadership presence to embed a project-driven, customer-centric culture across a fast-scaling organization.\nOur Program Manager will be an execution-driven leader who combines field credibility with strategic program oversight. They thrive in fast-scaling, cross-functional environments and bring an unwavering customer focus, bias for action, and personal accountability.\nKey Responsibilities\nPortfolio Ownership & Delivery\nOwn and deliver the full portfolio of building deployments, with accountability for quality, schedule, cost, and margin performance.\nAct as the central interface between customer stakeholders, field execution teams, and internal functions to drive successful project outcomes.\nPartner with the Commercialization Team and Construction Project Management to ensure end-to-end coordination and the highest standard of tenant satisfaction.\nTeam Leadership & Partner Management\nActively steer internal deployment and product development teams — spanning software, hardware, and controls — to deliver results on time.\nEngage and manage external execution partners, including device and equipment partners and communication providers, to remove blockers and ensure execution excellence.\nDrive cross-functional alignment and communication across engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership.\nGovernance, Process & Scalability\nEstablish and own project governance frameworks, including portfolio steering, reporting structures, KPIs, and toolsets.\nBuild, document, and scale deployment processes, standards, and best practices for Autonomous Building implementations.\nLead continuous improvement of deployment efficiency, cost structure, and operational scalability.\nTechnical Integration\nEnsure successful integration of PassiveLogic systems within complex building environments, including HVAC, electrical, controls, BMS, and related sub-systems.\nMaintain technical fluency across building automation and controls to credibly guide integration decisions and resolve escalations.\nWhat Success Looks Like in 3-6 Months\nHigher win rates\nFaster partner ramp-up\nStronger deal quality (unit economics, scalability)\nTight feedback loop between market and product\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou must have\nPortfolio Scale - Proven track record managing complex commercial building project portfolios with total value exceeding $100M.\nIndustry Experience - Minimum 5 years in commercial building execution roles — including electrical, mechanical, controls, facility management, or construction / project management.\nTechnical Depth - Hands-on experience deploying advanced building systems, including comparable controls and automation platforms.\nSystems Knowledge - Strong working knowledge of building systems integration: HVAC, electrical, controls, and Building Management Systems (BMS).\nLeadership - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners in high-stakes, deadline-driven delivery environments.\nGovernance - Experience establishing and operating project governance, reporting structures, and execution frameworks at program scale.\nYou should have\nExcellent communication - Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.\nIt’s helpful to have\nCertification - Project or Program Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.\nStartup experience - Organizing and scaling\nWe know there are candidates who might not fit everything we’ve described above, or who might have experience and skills we haven’t considered.
