The goal: empower hiring teams to move faster and smarter by enabling them with systems that complement their frontline efforts.\r\nAt Applied Intuition, You Will:Build and scale recruiting automation infrastructurefrom AI sourcing agents to co-pilot tools\r\nDrive the systems roadmap by connecting our ATS, CRM, scheduling, and candidate-facing tools into a cohesive, automated recruiting ecosystem\r\nCollaborate closely with engineers to design backend workflows and integrate systems across platforms\r\nEnable hiring teams by delivering tools that automate manual tasks, surface key insights, and reduce latency in the process\r\nLaunch candidate portals and real-time feedback interfaces to create a world-class experience\r\nPilot emerging technologies and lead lightweight experimentation to assess what delivers measurable impact\r\nOwn recruiting metrics infrastructure and help the team make faster, more data-informed decisions\r\nWe're Looking For Someone Who Has:3+ years of experience in recruiting systems, operations, or technical program management\r\nA strong product mindset and track record of launching internal tools or automation programs\r\nFamiliarity with traditional recruiting platforms (i.e, Greenhouse, GEM) and new to market platforms\r\nTechnical fluencyyou're comfortable in discussions about APIs, data flows, and backend logic\r\nStrong cross-functional instinctsyou know how to collaborate with engineers, ops, and recruiters alike\r\nA bias toward action, strong attention to detail, and a love for systems thinking\r\nNice To Have:A background in software engineering or technical product development\r\nExperience in a high-growth startup or enterprise software environment\r\nBackground in sourcing operations, recruiting analytics, or systems design\r\nExposure to AI- or LLM-driven recruiting tools and workflow automation\r\nExperience in front-end tooling or internal UX for ops teams\r\nThe salary range for this position is $115,600 - $168,500 USD annually.
