Title: PlumberShift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM start (Dispatched from office); On-call rotation 1 week every 4-6 weeksSalary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE), plus up to 5% uncapped commission, $2,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefitsPlumber Journeyman Role:This position exists to provide high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems for residential and commercial clients. The role ensures customer satisfaction through safe, professional, and code-compliant service delivery while representing our client's team-first culture.Plumber Journeyman Responsibilities:Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems and fixtures according to local codesTest all systems and equipment to ensure correct operation before leaving job sitesEducate customers on system operation and answer questions clearlyPromote and recommend additional equipment or services when appropriateComplete all required documentation including work orders and inventory sheetsMaintain tools, parts inventory and company vehicle in safe working conditionParticipate in after-hours on-call rotation schedule one week every 4-6 weeksAdhere strictly to all safety procedures and company policiesPlumber Reporting Relationships:The candidate will report to the Plumbing Manager.
