This role is critical in ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and delivered exactly as promised during the sales process.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day looks different and enjoy coordinating people, materials, and timelines, this is a great opportunity to grow with a strong team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from contract to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfactionCoordinate with sales team to understand project scope and expectationsOversee crews performing the workEnsure materials are delivered, and available on-site as neededManage daily task lists, job progress, and punch list itemsServe as the main point of contact for customers throughout the projectCommunicate updates, timelines, and any changes clearly with homeownersUse CRM and project management tools to track progress and documentationEnsure projects are completed efficiently and to company standardsQualificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsExperience in construction, roofing, or project management preferredComfortable using technology (CRM systems, mobile apps, scheduling tools)Ability to work with crews and manage subcontractors effectivelyValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWhat We Offer$75,000 annual salaryBonus incentives based on projects successfully managedOpportunity for growth within a fast-growing companySupportive team environmentVariety in daily work, no two days are the sameScheduleFull-timeMonday – Friday
