Our team members play a key role in achieving our mission of delivering high quality products while minimizing our environmental impact.\nThe IT Security Analyst is responsible for safeguarding the organization’s systems and networks. This role focuses on planning, implementing, and monitoring security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure the integrity of IT infrastructure. Travel between 25 and 50 percent will be required to support critical projects, including on-site assessments, security implementations, and collaboration with plant and corporate teams based on business needs and locations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSecurity Monitoring and Incident Response: Monitor security systems and networks for potential threats and vulnerabilities. Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations.\nPerform regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing. Recommend and implement appropriate security measures.\nSupport the creation and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.\nConduct training and awareness sessions to promote adherence to security protocols across the organization.\nSystem Maintenance: Maintain and update security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, video surveillance, access control, and antivirus software.\nWork closely with IT and OT teams, management, and external vendors to ensure comprehensive security coverage and timely issue resolution.\nMaintain records of incidents, assessments, and remediation actions.
