Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support and a strong commitment to ensuring Customer SatisfactionExcellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with customers and resolve inquiries effectivelyExperience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting issuesStrong Analytical Skills to assess problems and provide appropriate solutionsAbility to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsPrior experience in accounts receivable management or financial services is a plusProficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems is desirable
