Job Description SummaryAxos is seeking a Client Service Advocate (CSA) which is a critical client-facing position and is the primary contact for selected clients. The CSA answers client inquiries, processes account transactions and serves as a subject matter expert on the products being serviced by the team. The CSA is responsible for training clients and internal team members on operational policies and procedures, as well as assisting with trading problems.
